Repo Insight X lets users submit source code through a Git URL or ZIP archive in order to generate an automated analysis, a structured report, HTML and PDF exports, and an analysis history attached to the user account.

The service is designed to support understanding, documentation, initial auditing, and commercial presentation of a software repository. Deliverables are decision-support materials and are not a guarantee of completeness, compliance, or error-free output.

Some features require an account and authentication. Users must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and avoid sharing access with unauthorized third parties.

Users are responsible for activity performed from their account, except where fraudulent use is proven and not attributable to them.

Users may only submit repositories, archives, files, and data for which they hold all necessary rights, authorizations, and legal bases.

By confirming the checkbox before analysis, users declare that they are authorized to have the relevant code analyzed.

Analyses, summaries, diagrams, report sections, and exports are generated automatically. They may contain approximations, omissions, interpretation errors, or recommendations that do not fit the project context.

Users must review, verify, and validate all results before sharing them or relying on them for technical, contractual, security, or compliance decisions.

The service must be used in good faith and in compliance with applicable laws. Illegal, malicious, or infected content, attempts to bypass technical protections, and uses that infringe third-party rights are prohibited.

The publisher may suspend or restrict access in the event of abusive use, security risk, non-payment, or breach of these terms.

The service processes information required for authentication, account management, analysis history, associated projects, exports, and where applicable billing and subscriptions.

Users agree not to submit critical secrets, passwords, private keys, or unnecessary personal data unless strictly controlled and necessary.

The service is provided as is, without a commitment to uninterrupted availability or a minimum service level, unless a separate agreement states otherwise.

The publisher may evolve the service, its features, quotas, and access conditions at any time.

Some features may be free, limited, or subject to subscriptions or usage quotas. Applicable pricing and limits are those shown at the time of subscription.

Payment and subscription management may rely on third-party providers, including Stripe.

The service, its structure, interface, graphics, original content, and software components are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users retain rights to the content they submit and authorize only the processing required to operate the service.

The publisher is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, commercial loss, or decisions made on the basis of an automated report.

These terms are governed by French law. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the courts competent for the publisher.
